This 12 story tall apartment building is the first high-rise building undertaken by construction technology specialist Prescient, and their tallest structure to date.
The Springs at Monarch Landing is a 94,000 sq. ft. health and rehabilitation center, comprising a total of 124 new residences including 48 devoted to short-term rehabilitation, 48 for skilled nursing and 28 for assisted living memory support.
The 15-acre site was redeveloped by Senior Care Development and architects Perkins Eastman in 2011.
