  • 71% Portland cement
  • 19% mineralized wood fiber
  • 9% water
  • 1% bonding agents.

Fixing:

  • Fastens with traditional screw fixings, with high fastener pull-out values.
  • Alternatively, 3/4″ thickness Versaroc® installed as roof sheathing is nailable for shingle applications.

Size:

  • Available in 4’ x 8’ and (4’ x 10’ special order) sheets at thicknesses of 5/16”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4” and 1-1/2”.
  • Square edge boards are available on all thicknesses and tongue & groove edges are available on 5/8” through 1-1/4” panels.
  • Please note that 1-1/2″ thickness boards are only available with square edges.

Finishes:

  • Panels are available in standard finish, factory sealed on all six sides and/or factory calibrated (sanded).

The 32-storey tower is a residential development of 363 rental studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, 50 percent of which are designated as affordable to low- and middle- income households. The development also features 4,000 square-feet of retail space at its base.

461 Dean was designed by SHoP Architects and developed by by Forest City Ratner Companies. Modular construction consists of 930 steel modules, meaning around 60% of the construction has been developed off-site.
