Plycem fiber reinforced cement boards are ideal for contruction of non-combustible floors, roofs, and walls.

Plycem is a non-combustible, structural fiber cement board for use in fire-rated floor, roof, and wall assemblies.  Plycem is highly resistant to weather, impact, mold/fungus, abuse and vermin/insect attack.

Plycem is composed of 71% Portland cement, 19% mineralized cellulose fibers (derived from recycled carboard cartons), 9% water and 1% bonding agents. The uniting of celluloe fiber and Portland cement produces a building panel which is non-toxic, does not contain hazardous volatiles and is free of any asbestos or formaldehyde. Plycem does not present health hazards and is environmentally safe.
